Subscription & Pricing

Zenhosp subscriptions are powered by Stripe. Register your organization, choose a plan, and get immediate access to all features included in that plan — no lengthy setup or onboarding required.

Yes, each plan includes a defined number of users and beds. If your hospital requires more, you can add extra users or beds as paid add-ons on top of the base subscription price — making the system flexible for hospitals of any size.

When your Zenhosp subscription expires, all access to the system is immediately denied. Your data is retained for 30 days. Renewing your subscription restores full access. We recommend renewing before expiry to avoid any interruption to hospital operations.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, giving instant access to additional features. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All major credit and debit cards are accepted including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For custom billing arrangements, please contact our sales team.

Technical & Support

Yes. Zenhosp is HIPAA-compliant and uses industry-standard encryption, secure cloud infrastructure, and regular automated backups. All patient and hospital data is stored securely with strict role-based access control.

Data export requests should be made before your subscription ends. Once a subscription expires, access is denied. Please contact our support team before cancelling your plan to arrange a data export.
